Phillip Di Bella’s love of coffee began with his first cup at the age of 11. Since then he has worked in all aspects of coffee and risen from sweeping floors in Brisbane’s first coffee roasting house to owner and creator of Australia’s fastest growing coffee company – Di Bella Coffee.

In 2002 Phillip started Di Bella Coffee as a one man band roasting, invoicing, and delivering all on his own. In 2006 , 2007, and 2009, Di Bella Coffee made it onto the BRW Fast 100 List, which is why we are known as Australia’s fastest growing coffee company. Di Bella Coffee has come a long way since starting with only two wholesale customers in 2002. We have since built the brand into a household name and supply over 1100 cafes all over Australia in our wholesale operation, bringing over 1.4 million cups of coffee to Australia each week. A large part of Di Bella Coffee’s success arises from our mission to provide consistent quality products and unparalleled service.

We are always striving to provide the ultimate coffee experience and for this reason we stick to our "Crop to Cup" philosophy; this means we only buy the highest quality beans direct from the farmer to ensure they are paid the highest prices for their product as well as providing education and healthcare to the families of coffee farmers, eliminating child labour on the farms.

Phillip Di Bella is a ‘hands-on’ owner who directs all aspects of the business. Sharing his knowledge and love of coffee is an important part of the company philosophy. Phillip’s passion for coffee has taken him across the globe equipping him with specialised knowledge of growing, processing, roasting, and making of the perfect cup of coffee. Our company offers 12 uniquely complex blends that have full-bodied flavours which entice drinkers to enjoy more than just a cup cup of coffee, but also to go in search of Di Bella Coffee at their favourite cafes.
