Admin Assistant (Brisbane, Bowen Hills office)

We are currently recruiting for an Admin Assistant to join the QLD head office team.

This is a diverse role and will see the successful applicant providing administrative support to the leadership team as well as the head office corporate services and wholesale teams.

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administrative support to Leadership team, including:
    • Meeting administration, including preparation of agendas and associated documentation.
    • Diary entries are accurate, up to date and contain all necessary details, locations are booked and set up (where necessary) and participants are invited and confirmed.
    • Daily tasks and project responsibilities are completed efficiently within set deadlines.
    • Travel and itinerary details are organised and circulated accurately and within stated timeframes.
  • Be the first point of contact for incoming phone calls with a benchmark of all calls answered within four rings.
  • Provide friendly and efficient reception duties and direct stakeholders to the correct department for assistance.
  • Support Customer Care Assistants with administrative wholesale tasks where required.
  • Assist Customer Care Assistants with customer enquires such as troubleshooting over the telephone ensuring information provided is consistent with Di Bella Coffee (DBC) policies, procedures and guidelines.
  • Collect and sort the mail on a daily basis.

Barista (Brisbane, Bowen Hills Roasting Warehouse)

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Barista to join the Di Bella Coffee team in Brisbane.

Our Retail Roasting Warehouse opens from 6.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday and Saturdays from 7.30am to 3.30pm. Life at Di Bella Coffee is fast paced, ever changing and rewarding.  Our commitment is to provide excellence in customer service and we’d love you to help us to achieve this goal.

Key Duties include:

  • Commitment to excellence in Customer Service and making coffee to Di Bella Standards at the Brisbane Roasting Warehouse and off site events.
  • Operating cash registers, ensuring a high level of accuracy
  • Working to the Health and Safety standards at all times in all retail areas and event set ups.
  • Promote new and exciting products and company events to customers.
  • Educate customers on coffee knowledge where required
  • Ensure you present in a professional manner (well presented, hygiene and uniform)

The successful applicant will have the following attitude, experience and skills:

  • Strong Barista skills
  • Experience in a high coffee volume environment essential
  • Strong interpersonal skills and team building skills
  • Friendly and helpful attitude
  • Enthusiasm to be trained in Domestic Machines / Alternative Brewing Methods and Hot top Roasting
  • Proven ability to retain information and work unsupervised
