Our retail outlet is located at the roasting house at Bowen Hills in Brisbane. We welcome all coffee lovers to come in and sample our vast range of blends or chill out and enjoy the aroma of roasting beans and the lively atmosphere in the retail café.
If you are a home barista in need of direction and want to get the best of your coffee machine, we run complimentary training sessions with one of our fully qualified training specialists. If you are a coffee enthusiast and want to learn more, simply come in and ask one of the friendly staff for a factory tour.
Di Bella Coffee now supplies beans direct to the public through our online retail partner site Coffee. It is the only website where you can buy direct from Di Bella Coffee. Coffee Central has been developed for retail customers and small offices; a simple way to order the same great product at the same price. Di Bella Coffee and Coffee Central guarantee that your beans will be roasted fresh to order, packed and sent to you on the same business day to ensure you receive the freshest coffee possible. Arnika's Reserve is amongst one of the newest creations of Phillip Di Bella, is made up of beans from the finest coffee growing regions in the world. This is a unique tasting coffee; it has a strong profile with subtle chocolate undertones and a lingering aftertaste that will last for hours. This will truly be a favourite with our serious coffee drinkers!
The retail outlet operates Monday to Friday from 7.30am – 5.30pm and on Saturday from 9am – 2pm.

Di Bella Coffee will NOT provide product returns on any coffee making equipment including machines, grinders and brewing equipment:
Di Bella Coffee will offer store credits or exchanges on coffee accessories where:
· The product is faulty or the product is not fit for the purpose goods of that kind are commonly bought
· The product does not match the sample or description.
However, the goods must be returned within a reasonable period (one month from purchase date), and be in its original packaging and you must retain your receipt as proof of purchase. You may also be asked to demonstrate that the problem with the goods was not your fault. A credit may be offered at our discretion.
With your receipt:
We will offer you an exchange voucher or credit on coffee accessories if the item is in its original packaging.
Without your receipt:
Di Bella reserves the right not to offer an exchange or credit on coffee accessories without presentation of your receipt.
